The Mt. Lebanon High School Hockey Association (MLHSHA) is one of the founding members of high school hockey in western Pennsylvania. Since 1971, MLHSHA has been providing students in the Mt. Lebanon School District with an integrated program to play ice hockey at the highest levels available. MLHSHA has a storied and championship tradition and currently fields five teams; Varsity; Junior Varsity 1; Junior Varsity 2; Middle School 1; and Middle School 2. All teams are registered members of the USA Hockey federation and participate as members of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Hockey League. Graduates of MLHSHA have gone on to play at the AAA, Junior (NAHL, USHL, and OHL), College Club, NCAA Division 1, and professional levels. MLHSHA also runs the Jr. Blues, a developmental program for students who currently play at the pee-wee level and aren't presently on a middle school team. The Mt. Lebanon Recreation Center is the home rink for MLHSHA.
